"Sounds great, how does it all work?"
You book your wedding date with us and we send you a questionnaire. This will ask you some very important questions so we can ensure we are capturing your missing moments!
Three days before your big day we will send you out your Photo/Video Booth. This will come with easy to assemble instructions, but of course you can always contact us for help at any time. We ask you check all equipment as per the "check I'm working" guide included.
You set up your equipment on your day, where you want it and how you want it. We also include tips and tricks on how to make the best of what we send.
Relax and enjoy your big day, once its over simply pack it all up and send it back to us following the returns guide included.
Once we receive it all back, have checked it all over we will begin to edit your footage.
Within 3 weeks you will receive an email to say your unique USB is in the post and on its way!
"How do I set up the self-setup booth?"
"Can I remove the Boomerang/Giff feature?"
Our Photo/Video booth comes as standard with all the extra features so we cannot remove or add features - sorry!
"Can I edit my own prompts for the Video Messages?"
We do not allow personalised prompts, we have created our prompts based upon real feedback from real customers. However we are always open to feedback on what you think would be a great new addition and you never know we might include it!
"How will I receive all my great photos/videos and edited footage?"
All our customers receive 12 months storage with all their photos, videos and edited footage on to keep forever. However we can also include a USB stick, sent by recorded delivery.
"Do I get to keep my iPad?"
Afraid not, we provide you with a returns postage label and instructions to return your equipment to us. Only when we receive all this back and have checked it over will we action your footage.
